Return Process

Visit our online support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and serial number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the device and all original accessories, cables, and manuals into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Teradek
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
